Paralegal

Support solicitors with client matters, case preparation and accurate day-to-day file administration in a focused legal team.

Location
Telford or Birmingham

About the role

We are looking for a paralegal who is organised, careful with confidential information and comfortable communicating with clients. You will work under supervision and help the team prepare matters thoroughly and keep work moving.

What you will do

  • Assist with case preparation, legal research and document management.
  • Draft routine correspondence and attendance notes under supervision.
  • Keep client files, evidence, deadlines and follow-up actions up to date.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts and third parties.
  • Support the team with practical administration when required.

What we are looking for

  • Clear written and spoken communication.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Professional judgment and respect for confidentiality.
  • The ability to manage priorities and ask for guidance when needed.
  • Previous legal experience or a relevant qualification is welcome but not essential.
