Skilled worker visa

A skilled work visa allows you to be employed by a company who have been granted a sponsorship license (Formally known as Tier 2). You may be eligible if you can obtain 70 points by meeting specific requirements such as skill and salary level, your English language ability, and having a qualifying job offer from a UK sponsor.

What are the benefits? 

• The Skilled Worker visa will apply to both EEA and non-EEA citizens.
• The skill threshold of the visa is lower than the Tier 2 Skilled Worker route. 
• The Level 3 job occupation will increase job opportunities as more jobs will qualify for sponsorships.
• The minimum salary requirement is lower. The baseline minimum salary is £25,600 or the going rate for the specific job, whichever is the higher.
